Responsibilities:
- Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the testing of I&IT solutions -Peoplesoft PUM upgrade, Tools upgrade and turnning on new features including UI changes
- Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency
- Provides specialized PeopleSoft HCM technical expertise in leading the testing the OPS enterprise HR/Payroll system
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and prioritize potential defects
- Suggests opportunities to improve testing quality or effort
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
- Experience leading multiple testing teams for entire project lifecycle for large project , preparing testing strategy, planning and supporting for all testing cycles including system integration/user acceptance testing/performance/load/payroll parallel testing (30%)
- Significant knowledge of testing PeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM applications and integration points , knowledge of testing Human Resources and Payroll business functions , experience of leading testing of PUM , Tools upgrade, Experience of Fluid and classic+ implementation an asset (25%)
- Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structured methodologies including defect tracking and handling (15%)
- Experience executing functional tests, non-functional tests and systems level integration tests for the PeopleSoft HCM application (15%)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills (15%)
Must Haves:

Previous Public Sector experience is an asset.
