Accessibility statement

Our approach

We aim to use clear page structure, readable text, labelled forms and keyboard-operable controls across both websites. The Crear Group site offers reduced-motion support and permits browser zoom. We use feedback about either site to guide improvements. This is a description of our approach, not a certification or a claim that every part of either site meets a particular standard.

Accessibility in Ontario

We recognize the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its goal of identifying, preventing and removing barriers for people with disabilities. We consider accessibility as we maintain both websites and respond to requests for information in an accessible format. Mentioning the AODA here is not a claim that either site has been audited or certified as compliant with every applicable requirement.

Using the websites

On the Crear Group site, you can navigate the main pages and contact form with a keyboard; cookie settings are in its footer. On Crear Talent, this statement also applies to job listings, account access, candidate profiles and applications. If any of these are difficult to use, please tell us. You may use your browser’s zoom controls or enable reduced motion in your device settings.

Where the UserWay accessibility widget appears, it provides optional viewing controls. It is an additional aid, not a substitute for accessible content. If the widget or any site feature does not work for you, please contact us directly.

It helps to include which site and page you were using, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and your preferred way to receive a response. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the public contact form.

Scope and ongoing work

This statement covers the Crear Group website and Crear Talent at talent.crear.ca. It does not cover Crearity.ai or other separately operated destinations. Some content or third-party services may present barriers. Please tell us if you encounter one so we can consider a suitable way to provide the information and improve the experience. Installing a widget does not certify that either site is barrier-free or meets a particular accessibility standard.
