Privacy policy

Where this policy applies

This is the shared privacy policy for the Crear Group website and Crear Talent. It does not cover Crearity.ai or unrelated websites linked from either site; those destinations may have their own practices.

What information we receive

On the Crear Group site, a contact submission includes your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category and message. We store it to manage and respond to your inquiry. Our contact-form server also uses limited request information to prevent abuse; its rate-limit records do not store your raw IP address. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the public message field.

On Crear Talent, you may provide an email address and account credentials, professional profile details, a resume or CV, application materials and communications about opportunities. Account and site activity may also produce technical information needed for sign-in, security and operation of the service. Please share only information relevant to your profile or application.

How inquiries are handled

Contact submissions are saved in our database and queued for notification to the Crear team through an email service provider. A successful form response confirms that the inquiry was saved, not that an email reached an inbox. Authorized operators may review notification status and retry failed notifications. If you choose “Polish with AI,” only your draft message is sent to an AI service to suggest a rewrite; using that option does not submit the form. You can review and edit the suggestion before sending. We use the information to answer your question, manage a potential business relationship, and protect the form against misuse.

How Talent information is used

We use candidate information to provide accounts, manage profiles and applications, communicate about roles, consider qualifications for opportunities and support recruitment. When you apply or ask us to put you forward for an opportunity, relevant profile and application details may be shared with the hiring organization or client involved. Cookies and analytics

On the Crear Group site, an essential cookie remembers your privacy choices. Optional analytics is off unless you consent; if configured, it can help us understand site usage. You can change or withdraw that choice through “Cookie settings” in the Group site’s footer. Marketing preferences are offered, but no separate marketing service is currently active on that site.

Crear Talent may use cookies or similar storage for account sign-in, session continuity and security. The Group site’s cookie settings do not control Talent’s storage or preferences. You can also manage cookies through your browser; if you have questions about Talent’s use of them, contact careers@crear.ca.

Service providers and other sites

We use services such as website hosting, account and data storage, and email delivery to operate these websites and handle messages and applications. On the Group site only, an AI processing service receives your draft message when you explicitly request a rewrite. Where the UserWay accessibility widget appears, your browser may connect to UserWay for its optional viewing controls. Other linked destinations, including Crearity.ai, may have separate privacy practices; review their notices before providing information there.

Retention and safeguards

Group inquiries and Talent profiles, resumes, applications and related communications may be retained for follow-up, recruitment, operational or applicable record-keeping purposes. We have not published a fixed retention period for these different records. You can ask about a particular record or request its correction or deletion using the contacts below; some records may need to be kept for legal or operational reasons. We restrict access to information according to its purpose, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your questions and choices

To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, write to info@crear.ca, or for Talent accounts and applications, careers@crear.ca. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. For Group site optional-cookie choices, use the Group site footer’s cookie settings.
