These terms cover the Crear Group website and Crear Talent at talent.crear.ca. A project, recruitment service or employment engagement may also have its own written agreement.

Scope and website information

These terms apply to the Crear Group website and Crear Talent, including its job listings, candidate accounts and applications. Descriptions of our work and opportunities are for general information. They are not a binding quote, guarantee of availability, pay or results, or agreement to provide a service or employment. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

Contacting Crear is not an order

Sending a Group site form message or email starts a conversation; it does not place an order or create a client relationship. The Group website does not offer online checkout. Do not submit payment information through its contact form.

Talent accounts and applications

If you create a Crear Talent account, keep your sign-in details secure and provide information you are authorized to share. Please keep profile and application details accurate and do not misuse the site or interfere with other users’ access. Creating a profile or applying for a role does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement or employment. Job details, availability and deadlines may change; any offer or engagement is subject to its own terms.

Service engagements

Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment arrangements, acceptance, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, cancellation and other project- or recruitment-specific terms should be addressed in the applicable written proposal or agreement. Nothing on this page replaces an agreement already in place with Crear.

Your submissions

Only send information you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful material or someone else’s confidential information without permission. Do not include sensitive personal information in the Group site’s public contact form. How we handle Group inquiries and Talent profiles, resumes and applications is described in our privacy policy.

Website content and external links

The text, branding, job information and other materials on the two sites are provided for viewing in connection with Crear’s work and opportunities. Please seek permission before reusing them beyond ordinary website use. Links to Crearity.ai and other third-party properties take you to separately operated sites; their content and terms may differ.

Availability and updates

We may update either website and these terms as our services and practices change. Features or links may be temporarily unavailable. Please contact us if you need current information about an offering or have trouble accessing either site.
